About Me

I'm a career and executive coach who helps people get unstuck, figure out what's next, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

For nearly 20 years, my work has spanned a wide range of industries, organizations, and communities, from New York City public schools to federal prisons to Columbia University. That breadth of experience has taught me how to adapt, listen, and meet people where they are, all of which shape how I coach.

I believe people already have the answers. My role is to create the space to step back, ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions, and help you develop the tools, self-awareness, and confidence to move forward.

In addition to my professional coaching work, I also serve as Program Director of Women in Energy at Columbia University's Center on Global Energy Policy, where I lead programming, facilitate professional development, and coach women in the energy sector. I work with professionals who are figuring out their next career move, navigating a workplace challenge, or looking to grow as a leader. I’m certified through Columbia University, and I bring a practical, thoughtful, and honest approach to coaching.

Jess was the first coach I'd ever worked with, so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect, but I knew I wanted help thinking through next steps in my career growth. Jess also helped me face the self-limiting beliefs that had been capping my confidence, and pushed me toward actionable steps that would lead to me overcoming these defeating thoughts rather than continuing to mull them over. I offer individual sessions and multi-session packages tailored to your goals. Sessions are one hour and held virtually, though I'm New York-based and can meet in person when it makes sense. We can focus on a specific challenge or work together over a longer period, depending on what you need. Pricing is on a sliding scale based on your circumstances, and we’ll determine the right rate and format during our initial call.
